Ordering was complicated by prepaying to a secure line that could not reconnect to the original store. Person at store spoke too quickly and did not enunciate when I was specifying a pickup time. The priority seemed to be to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Arrived early for pick up time and pizza was waiting for me. Luke warm pizza. Very disappointing experience.

So I got an order last night for 1 extra large beef pizza. I ate 1 slice and so did my boyfriend, 30 mins later we were experiencing food poisoning symptoms. I called them again to speak to a manager and was told to call tomorrow 11/30/2022.

In my opinion, the Papa John’s on Q St. is exceptional in every possible way. From the people to the food. I always tip 15-20% on top of the delivery fee when delivered, because the delivery fee is not a tip.

I ordered from them, they forgot a couple items which only amounted to $3.25. (sauces, not a big deal I just wanted a few bucks back, I didn’t even want someone to come all the way back to me just for sauces) Called to talk to the manager, she was an insufferable and miserable woman telling me it was the driver’s fault and she couldn’t help me, kept talking without letting me get a WORD in edgewise, did not listen to me whatsoever. Probably won’t order from them again. Just go elsewhere and save yourself a headache.

We placed an order totaling over $140.00. The pizza tasted horrible. The wings had very little sauce on them: some didn’t even have sauce. Called to complain to a manager about the experience they asked if I was asking for a full refund then hang up with no empathy or resolution. Will order from domino’s or a local place in future

Horrible carry out experience ever. Both papadias were baked too long that they were burnt and the jalapeño poppers were burnt as well. Also the papadias were missing ingredients plus the dipping sauces were missing as well. I’m not sure at this point if I’m ordering here ever again

I called to ask a few questions. The gentleman that answered was polite and respectful. He kept a very relaxed and mellow tone. His language was appropriate. He presented great service over the phone. I didn’t buy anything, not because I wouldn’t but because the phone call was regarding someone who couldn’t call and they needed information.
