The drivers driver was nice and kind, the salad was great, however when I called the store about missing jalapeños on 2 toppings pizza, was accused of lying, then said said let me check with a refund, to return with a free pizza on my next order that I would have to hunt a manager to get. I agreed and he hung up in my face. So rude. No thanks. Will not order from here again. First and last.

I had the pleasure of stopping by Marco’s Pizza in Plano, TX, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The pizza itself was a real standout, with a crispy crust and delicious toppings. But what really made the experience so enjoyable was the friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome and at ease. In fact, the whole atmosphere of the restaurant was very inviting and pleasant. All in all, I highly recommend Marco’s Pizza to anyone looking for a delicious pie served up by friendly and professional staff.

The 4 stars was due to the ambiance. Its not a place I would want to sit and eat. Its primarily a pick up and go place and that’s what I saw as I waited for my order. Egg rolls were VERY good! Service was fast. Price was reasonable. I would go back for take out.
