Wow where to start. I went here with my son recently, and we pulled up to the drive thru to order (we were sort of in a hurry). After 3 cars came and went in the other lane, we got a little louder on the drive thru speaker and got zero response. After more than 5 minutes, we just pulled around. We didnt get back in line because now there was a long line and we had already sat in it once.

Got to the drive through at 10:50pm. Store closes at 11:00pm. Person taking orders was joking with car at the second car order station till 11:00pm. I called the manager and got told I wasn’t there until they had already closed. I don’t appreciate her calling me a liar!!! Worst McDonald’s ever. I’ve heard so many complaints about this store and now I know why. I will never go there again I’d rather drive 5 miles farther to a better store!!!!

Waiting in line for more than 10 minutes and they’re taking orders from the other lane while I’m waiting on the other one so I pulled up and I had a mobile order and when I pulled up to the 2nd window and I show and tell them my order cause I’ve been waiting in line and he told me to just take the food which I I didn’t order and claim It wasn’t on their system when I have the receipt which it was on there.I’m never coming back here again.

They have improved since I last visited. There quarter pounders were a little undercooked. They have done better. The bisquts are great cheeseburgers awesome and self serve drinks the coke here taste like real coke even through the shortages when other people watered them down I am very picky about coke taste and they rock.

This place is awful. We stopped in Friday while out grocery shopping for two drinks and a fry to split. Ordered the three, paid for the three ($5 and some change), get rushed away from the first window with no receipt. Get to the second window – 3 large drinks. My fiancé tried to say we ordered two and a fry and the employee gave us a “well…she rang you in for three drinks and no fries so…”. She was not interested in making it right for us, but kept trying to pawn off the third drink (for a car with two people in it lol)

Ordered online. Went to pick up. Manager said it was canceled. I told her I didn’t, she insisted I did. I told her it was deducted from my checking, she said it wasn’t. I showed her on my phone the bank deduction, she still didn’t care. Got receipt from online app thanking me. She never even tried to fix me anything. So far, I’m out $15 and filed a worthless complaint. Tried to dispute with my bank they said they made no errors, sorry
