Noticed CAVA in the Target parking lot so the wife and I decided to give it a try. First impressions were great. It has a fairly simple menu, you can order one of their pre-selected combos or you can build your own. We tried the Lemon Chicken bowl and my wife tried their Chicken with Rightrice. From what I can tell rightrice has more protein and less carbs than normal rice. Tasted the same. Anyways both bowls were filling and delicious. I mentioned to my wife on the way out that I’d like to come back and try a pita wrap.

Don’t order through their app or for pick up. Food was really good, but the portions they give when you’re not in front of them while it’s made are kind of ridiculous. Spent about $50 on these and 2 out of 3 bowls were practically empty. Super disappointing.

Stumbled across Cava today. Excellent find! I think we were the first customers of the day (got here right at opening time). Told the manager we were first-timers and he walked us through everything. All of the servers were friendly and happy. Mediterranean style bowls and pitas, build your own or select one of theirs. Order at the counter and take your tray to the table. Generous portions, I got the Harissa Avocado bowl, lovely spice and heat to it! It’s already a new favorite and making plans to come back. Thank you!!

Usually don’t write reviews but felt like this Cava location specifically deserved to be written about. I have never had an unpleasant experience here since this location opened not too long ago, ordering in person or online. Food is always being cooked fresh in front of you and I am always greeted warmly by the staff no matter the time of day. I look forward to coming back to this location again and again!
