Food was excellent! The owner thought of every detail even down to the salt and pepper shakers. This restaurant is perfect for brunch with the girls, many photo opportunities! The servers were very hospitable and made sure everything was perfect! The owner(Raven) made sure to check in with customers and staff! The service was quick and the food was delicious! I can not wait to go back!!

I absolutely love this place!! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is fun, and everybody is so nice!! I have already been twice and definitely plan on going again soon! My favorite is the classic with chocolate chips and the wild child iced coffee! Can’t wait to eat here again!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Grand opening day, my brother, his girlfriend, and I come in and get greeted and sat immediately! Looking around the place was spotless and beautiful! The details of the decor to the cups on the table I couldn’t have designed the space better. The server was very polite and helpful! Raven (the owner) checked in on us twice and was very attentive with everyone and everything making sure nothing was wrong! The food was absolutely delicious, I can not wait to go back and try everything on the menu! I got the classic pancakes while my brother tried some french toast, and his girlfriend tried out the chocolate pancakes! Can not rave about this place more, it was an amazing atmosphere and lovely space, great food, good service, just everything was wonderful! will be going back VERY soon! Highly recommend!

The Raven 96 is the perfect addition to the Simon Silk Mill! I’m a sucker for breakfast foods and everything I’ve had there has been amazing! My personal favorite is the breakfast quesadillas! The restaurant is beautiful and such an inviting atmosphere. Additionally, Raven and all of her staff are so friendly and you can tell they truly want every guest to have the best experience! Definitely recommend visiting if you haven’t yet already!

My friend and I had brunch at the Raven and it was amazing!! The vibe is great, service was wonderful all the servers and Raven are super nice and attentive. The food was delicious, we had the Poe’s pancakes, eggs Benedict and hangover quesadilla and all three dishes were amazing. Coffees were great too! We’ll definitely be back 🙂

This is a great place for brunch!! We waited for about ten minutes for a table for four, it was worth the wait!! I got the The Gabriele Special with a caramel coffee (it was a special coffee but unfortunately I don’t remember the name of it, but it was very tasty and had whipped cream on top.) I will be back!

The Raven 96 is definitely the place to go in Easton. If you are in the area, I recommend stopping by the Silk Mill and checking out this little brunch spot. They offer a unique menu that expresses such creativity. I personally had the butter beer pancakes which were phenomenal. My partner and I found the inside to be beautiful with a unique color scheme. They offer a full custom drink menu from the bar next door that is hand delivered to your table. As featured in the photos, I had to try the Nevermore as we were at the Raven. Everything was excellent and wonderful. Shoutout to Raven for having such a fantastic restaurant idea and we will return. 5/5

I am always looking for new, fun places to brunch in the Lehigh Valley with my friends! I was so lucky to find The Raven 96. The service was quick, the space was super clean, and the food was amazing. Highly recommend you stop in – and if you do, try the pancake flight and a speciality iced coffee!
