I love going to this Dunkin Donuts location. I work on Lancaster between two DD locations and I always go to this one. Whenever I walk in, no matter how busy it is they always stop and greet me. The people are so friendly and I would always recommend going there to anyone, local or a passer-by

It was Lauren and Jessica there. Lauren was the one who came to take my order. I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie. The total was 6.03. I gave her 10$ bill she opened the dol . While she was trying to figure out the change I found 2 $ in my wallet. I added that to her in order to get a 5 $ back plus the small change. I was okay with her being bad with numbers but she surprised me with a so bad attitude. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Jessica came over and fixed it . As she noticed her coworker s attitude she tried to calm me down and she gave me the manager’s number. I will definitely call him.

I may have just come at an odd time but it seemed like it took forever for them to serve the two customers in front of me tea. Don’t count on fast service at this location. It wasn’t clean but I have seen dirtier Dunkins. Once I finally got to the counter the coffee and pastry were serviced up without issue.
