I absolutely loved my experience at Volcano Hotpot! The variety of fresh ingredients, coupled with the interactive and engaging cooking process right at the table, made for an unforgettable dining adventure. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The flavorful broths and dipping sauces added an extra layer of excitement to the meal. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, and the volcanic-themed ambiance created a unique atmosphere.

For starters the restaurant was very clean and the aesthetic was very welcoming and nice, I was told that they were kind of soft opening so they were still ironing things out like the drink menus but the staff was very accommodating and kind. We did both hot pot and BBQ and the food was amazing! In comparison to similar places around the capital region this had the best of both by far! It is not only a good value for what you get but you actually leave full unlike some of the other places where you order the meals individually. This truly is the best all you can eat in the area in my opinion!

Arrived without a reservation, the phones were probably being blasted when I called. My party was comfortable with waiting for the chance to eat and in the amount of time it took us to decide to wait, we were being seated! We both got both hot pot and BBQ, and I would highly recommend that route as it gives you such a great chance to try as much as possible! I loved the seafood and the marinades. Don’t forget to go get sauces and seasonings of your own and have fun!

All in all, nice place. For it to be a soft opening, they were very busy. We only had to wait 30 minutes after being told it would be an hour wait. Once inside, the atmosphere is amazing and beautiful. I enjoyed the fresh fruit provided as a mini mini appetizer. They also provided cans of soda for beverages at guest exposure also. The manager walked around and made sure the guest were served and satisfied. The only thing I would suggest is getting tablets or a way for guest to request and not have to wait for wait staff to put in your choices. It was a lot of confusion about what foods went to what tables and how long you had to wait to request food. Alot of different staff were bringing food choices to multiple tables.

Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful staff . We also got to meet the owner , she was very nice and helped us not burn our chicken on the grill . Only negatives is they kept bringing us other people food . It happened on multiple occasions . They brought out pork dumplings and my friend ordered shrimp dumplings . They also should change their dessert table from not being a buffet style . But , anyway great night and and decent food . I will probably return again in the future .

If you want top tier hotpot with amazing atmosphere, this is the place for you! The inside of the restaurant is decked out with tradition chinese decor and makes you feel like you’re in Asia. There are also various options you can choose for your hotpot. Overall a really pleasant experience!

It was our first time there. We ordered the Bbq and soup bowl. It was too much food. VERY disappointed when told we couldn’t take the food home because it was an all you can eat. We ordered our main meal and nothing thereafter. ALL THE FOOD was thrown out. I WONT be returning.

The atmosphere is really cool, different than anything around. The food was really good too, we just didn’t get some of the things we ordered by checking the boxes on the menu; (would recommend using your phone to scan the QR code at the table to order items instead of using the menu). Also wish they had bottled water where the sodas were.
