Friendly and quick service. Restaurant is clean and has a large cute mural inside. All the food options are customized by you as part of the ordering process (similar to chipotle). Tasted great and intend to be back in the future – my partner is probably going to be a $5 burrito Monday regular. Nice to have a new reliable no-fuss option in the area. I really hate to leave a negative review as they are new and I’ve had good experiences the first couple of visits. I ordered a Ground Beef bowl via DoorDash (big mistake). Upon taking a few bites, I noticed a piece of hair towards the middle/bottom of the bowl. I understand things happen but DoorDash was unhelpful so I tried calling the restaurant. There was a language barrier as the person who picked up the phone only spoke Spanish and hung up on me. Very unfortunate situation as I typically enjoy the food and service here.

I love Mexican food, even the mediocre stuff from the big chains. So it’s easy to win me over, but over 20 years ago, I visited Texas and ever since have been craving food like I had in several little restaurants there. I found it at Santa Fe! Absolutely incredible food! I can’t believe I found such great Mexican food right here in New England! The staff was very nice, and the restaurant is clean with comfortable seating. The portions are generous and the pricing is very reasonable. I added ALL the goodies to our bowls, and even at that I spent $12 per person. Too bad I didn’t take a photo of the beautifully painted walls. You’ll just have to go yourself and see.

Edit: Last few times I’ve been here the ingredients have felt stale and of lower quality. The Al Pastor meat was gristly and under seasoned. I hope they improve their quality because I would love to see this business continue to thrive.

I ordered two ground beef bowls and my protein was nowhere to be found in both bowls! When I contacted the restaurant, I was told that they can’t do much about it other than preparing another bowl for pick up. I placed my oder through ubereats because I am unable to make that commute!! be more careful when you are preparing your orders!!!
