This place was clean. Green tea was extremely hot and served in mug. I still prefer the traditional pot brought to the table with tea steeping.

Surprisingly good food and fast service. Better than most hibachi places nearby that charge another $5 a plate. Good combo with an entree (hibachi, noodles, or rice bowl), a sushi roll, and soup/salad/appetizer for $15. Excellent prices compared to competition and better quality food. Sushi was some of the best I’ve had – and I don’t even like it much. Spring rolls were delicious. Big slices of veggies so that they didn’t get soggy and overcooked, perfectly cooked steak. Would definitely go here regularly for a quick lunch.

Real NLE fan
At first online ordering was a disaster. HOWEVER, after a super quick phone call from Lin, he fixed everything! We didn’t understand the online ordering and it was very confusing but Lin went out of his way to correct the issue off the clock. He even had Chin deliver the rest of our order personally!! Food was hot, delicious and we will definitely be ordering here for our Hibachi taste from now on. He even included items we didn’t specify just to make up for the mishap. Customer service I give an 11!!! Thanks Lin for making this Limehouse Village residents family very happy!!! We appreciate you very much and good luck on the new location!!!

I would actually rate this restaurant at 5 stars, but leaving 1 to get the owners attention. I will update my rating once issue has been resolved. I just used your online ordering system and paid for my order. The order was for $16.37. I ordered the pick two sushi rolls and left a tip around 5:45pm this evening. I arrived at your location to find the door boarded up, glass inside on the floor and the door locked. Lights were off and appeared no one was inside. I attempted to call and leave a message but your phone line has been temporarily disconnected. Your online ordering still shows you are open today, so hopefully no one else made this same mistake. I am sorry to see you have some damages to your shop. That is truly unfortunate as you have great food and I always receive good service. Would someone please follow up with my review so we can connect and I can get a refund for my purchase? Thanks in advance for your efforts and hoping you can reopen soon.

Oh my gosh, this place is so amazing! I ordered by chance while at work and, since I haven’t had much luck with Asian food places lately, I had low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised! The steak was amazing, and the rice delicious and soft. The gyoza was perfect too! I have zero negative things to say and I ate every bite. Will be making this place a regular for eats!!

Placed an order online through their online ordering system (Toast). Never received our order, but received a notice that the online order was not approved please call the restaurant. We tried multiple times to call the restaurant, call would not go through. Drove to the restaurant location the following day only to find the restaurant no longer in business. We have been charged for this order and need to be refunded $55.80. Need someone from this Toast app to contact us immediately.
