I ordered two sandwiches carry-out. I got home and one was not even close to what I ordered. I went back. Instead of just giving me the correct item, the employees first had to argue with each other about who screwed up the first one.

Food was absolutely horrible, roast beef was cut so thick couldn’t even eat it French fries were cold as were the sandwiches. We ordered beef and cheeder and there was not even a spot of cheese on either sandwich, ask for extra regular sauce and got all spicy we will not be going back that is for sure

I’m not even sure where to begin… on 6/3/23 I had a family obligation in NC and when I got home I honestly didn’t feel like cooking. We decided to grab a quick dinner. My husband’s meal was correct, but mine was not. I did call the restaurant and spoke with the manager. She told me to just come back in and they would make it right. She told me it would be written in a notebook. Well we decided to go and grab dinner and went to Arby’s. I told the girl at the counter that I had spoke to the manager and gave her her name and what she told me. She then turned to the manager on duty and relayed what I had told her… he wasn’t sure, said “give it to her anyway” that kinda set the mood! We were ordering food for my husband so it wasn’t like I grabbing “free” food and leaving. We sat and waited for our order. My name was called and my husband went to get it. He told the manager that handed it to him that my order was Missing. He said it was coming. So yet again I didn’t eat dinner with my husband!! He finished his meal and I was not happy. So my husband went up to ask where my meal was I told him to just get back the receipt so we could leave. After standing there being ignored for 20 minutes I was done!! I realize this place just opened, but C’mon!! I will be calling someone higher than the manager.

Despite having only three employees tonight, this Arby’s experience was fantastic! 8/15/23 6:00 pm The crew had the best personalities, and each of them worked hard to make sure everyone got just what they ordered. Our party alone included six people, and we all agreed that the employees’ attitudes alone ensured that we will be back! Oh, and the food was hot and perfect!
