I went through the drive-through around 12:15am. There was 3 to 4 cars in front of me and I was in line for a good 20 minutes, if not more. I did not receive my entire purchase nor did I get any of the sauce I asked for. Very slow service! Need more staff on shift especially for a Saturday night!

The great thing about this chain is the bang for your buck. Truly can get a very simple meal for $1.29 and for just a bit more, something that’ll fill you up. The food is good and prices fair. Staff is amiable. At the end of the day it’s fast food but it’s one of the best fast food places I’ve been at.

Took a couple worker here to get food, he went in to oder a couple thinhs….he was in there for 30 mins, another coworker goes in to check on him and the food, and was rudely told that they are short staffed and are only concerned with the drive thru and not the lobby. He was not the only one waiting the lobby had at least 10-12 people waiting and not being taken care of. Horrible service…will never go here again.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Went to Taco Bell enfield with a mobile order for a quesadilla and nacho taco. Didn’t have nacho taco so I asked to sub a hard shell. They messed up my order gave me a soft taco. Then the manager REFUSED to fix my order and asked for my food back. I could see the manager slam the wall in anger. Can’t believe I used to work here. Definitely going to corporate don’t recommend ordering here.

Fiesta veggie burritos were missing guac AND sour cream. That’s half the ingredients! We should have been told beforehand if they were out, and then have been able to make an educated decision whether we still wanted them or not. Obviously not.

Every taco bell is the same. Just a bundle of potential for good food. Every fiesta veggie burrito I get even at the same place is different even though I order it the same way. It is annoying. Put the same ingredients on in the same portion and don’t sort the ingredients so they don’t mix. Nothing is worse than eating through one ingredient at a time.
