I really want to leave them a good review because the pizza is cheap and I actually like it, but they are VERY inconsistent with their hours. They seem to close whenever they want to. Last time I ordered they “lost the order” and didn’t make it till 15 minutes after I got there and tried to pick it up. It was a pepperoni pizza, not something difficult. Woman at the register was nice enough but not extremely interested in helping me out.

Disaster of a branch. The first time I ordered online from here I arrived and was told they didn’t have the dessert I wanted and said they tried to contact me and weren’t able to. They didn’t contact me at all. Fine, whatever. But then it turns out the pizza was wrong so I had to sit while they remade the pizza. 20 minutes later I’m out the door with an apology and a coupon code for next time. OK. Next time I place an online order using the coupon code. I show up at the store only to find out it’s actually closed due to “maintenance issues“. Why do you let me order from your website then, why did you take my money? Now I have no food and I’m out of park at the pizza having to wait until they decide to open again to get my money back. Oh, and the coupon code is now used. What an embarrassment of a pizza chain, and I can’t believe they request to be tipped for online orders.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I can only hope the young man working there, Jared, was new as he was as clueless as a deer in the headlights. The manager (I presume) showed no sense of urgency and it took 15 minutes to make 2 pizzas. Not sure what her name was as it was in light pink on the white name tag. If there were busy I’d understand but in the 20 mins we were there I saw about 4 pizzas made.
