I wanted delicious tacos. I ordered the carne asada tacos with rice and beans. As well as a side of chips and salsa. I opened the salsa and its pico. I’m expecting salsa, not pico. The meat on the taco was dry like it was old and been sitting for a while. The tortillas weren’t my favorite. Overall I’m not satisfied. Bummer. I wouldn’t come back here. I spent $23!

I ordered a #2 combo (2 enchiladas, beans, rice) with a drink. The sauce they used on the enchiladas is yummy. A little bit pricey, but you never know until you try. I’d come here again. Service was great.

I have been trying to get ahold of the manager for the Lake Blvd location since 12/2/22. I spent $60 on four burritos and our food was inedible. I had called in the order, they only started preparing the food after I paid and I sat and waited while it was cooked and then went straight home to eat. The burritos were so soupy they leaked all over the front seat of my car (and it was the surf & turf) I only live 5 minutes from the store so the food wasn’t in my seat any longer than 7 minutes. My family was hungry and ready to eat but the tortillas were too soggy to hold anything in and they fell apart and tasted disgusting like uncooked shrimp. My family didn’t eat dinner that night, each burrito had 2 or less bites taken out and I called right away to ask for this to be reconciled and had my info taken but didn’t hear back from anyone. I called again the following day, and again and now they won’t answer the phone when I call. I was hoping to get ahold of the manager, we have 4 kids and money is tight. It hurt us to waste $60 so close to Christmas. I have been a loyal customer of Ralibertos for years. It’s sad how much you have to lower expectations when it comes to customer service. We will never eat here again.

I would like to first shout out the amazing customer service! I went there for the first time last night and I was greeted by a very nice polite man. He turned around and stopped what he was doing and rushed to the register with a “what’s up my man, what can I get for you?” I was indecisive with my orders and switched them up a few times and every time I did he was like “no problem my man, you got time.” I ordered the Super Al Pastor Burrito along with the Al Pastor Torta. The burrito was HUGE and stuffed and the Al Pastor was pretty good. Not the best I’ve ever had but still good. The Torta was soggy by the time I drove the items back to our hotel which was a 5min drive. That was disappointing. I would suggest toasting the Torta bread for a longer period of time to prevent that. The sauces are all tasty as well, especially the salsa rojo (red sauce). Last but not least was the strawberry agua Fresca (strawberry water). Delicious!! So refreshing!

This establishment I believe is family owned and operated. I do believe this family has either 3 or 4 restaurants in the area. I will honestly have to admit that there portion size has changed in my opinion. The food is still very good. What worries me is that it’s OK to grow your franchise but, alot of the times there is change along with the growth. Pretty soon your food changes because you gave more and more staff to look after and also cooks. I just hope ralibertos stays with the same every restaurant. And I’m not saying growth is bad, I’m just saying sometimes……….it backfires

Ordered a carne asada burrito and it was so soggy! This all came from one burrito, so bland and gross!

Great food, nice prices and impressed my family with the quality. Sauce selection was poor but it was late, so I’m not sure it was their entire selection. I’ll update to 5 if I find more sauces next time.

Apparently not all Ralibertos are created equal. I really liked the one in Anderson but unfortunately this one was not so great . The tortillas were super dry and asada meat was chewey kind of old tasting. Beans and rice were not fresh.

I stopped here because I had ate at the location on California street and man I was shocked. The food was terrible at this location I don’t understand how the same shop is that different. Go to the one on California street instead
