We are a family owned and operated restaurant in Tom’s River NJ that still believes in old school values. Our food is prepared from scratch and made to order. We use natural ingredients and avoid processed foods. We also cook and portion in the belief that a meal should consist of 3-4 courses, therefore our portions are NOT huge they are apt.(I see that many reviewers are constantly referring to this point, if huge portions are your style,please avoid our restaurant!!!! 03/25/2023: Dinner for 2. We enjoyed Crispy Fried Calamari & Italian Eggroll appetizers. Entree’s were Sunday Gravy (Meatball, Sausage & Braciole) and Pork Milanese. Dessert was Tartufo and coffee. This meal was excellent all around. Service was top notch. First visit was 07/29/2022: Lunch for 4.

Don’t even know where to start. The food is absolutely delicious! From the appetizers, dinner and dessert was all amazing! We like to go to dinner on weekends and try new places and this was by far our favorite! My stuffed artichoke was the best I’ve ever had. The pork chop was to die for and the cheesecake….. wow!!!!! Every single bite my husband took he would say “wow”. The staff were super nice and the whole atmosphere of the restaurant is great! My family and I will definitely be going here very often. Definitely go have an amazing dinner.. you won’t be disappointed

Ordered to go for the first time here. Very disappointed. On the menu, the penned vodka says it has a chicken cutlet with the pasta. When I got it back home, there was no chicken and the portion size was ridiculously small, like a kid’s size. There was about 2 pieces of prosicutto and about 4 peas. I called in to see about the chicken, and apparently the chicken needs to be asked for. If you need to request it separately, it should say “Add chicken for $xxx” on the menu. For $26 I definitely expect a normal size portion and the chicken that was stated on the menu.

“Jumbo Shrimp” Scampi?? 8:30 reservation not seated until 9:10. Appetizer was delicious, and service was good. Unfortunately, both entrees were terrible.Child like portions, tiny pathetic shrimp. My girlfriend found a shrimp tail in her Lobster Ravioli. Again, ridiculously small portion. I don’t mind spending good money for a good meal but this was very disappointing. Far better options out there.

Reservation at 6pm waited 30 minutes before some one came to the table the took out drink order husband had to go up himself for the drinks. Family of 8 getting a little fustrated question the server why so long he responded with rude comment. We got up and walked out.

This place was great. Staff are really nice and put forth a tremendous effort. We tried the Italian egg rolls app which were fabulous. Fettuccine with seafood was excellent. Dessert was tremendous. Will be back.

Service was excellent. I enjoyed my lasagna but our family of four was not happy with all the food. We got the special appetizer zucchini stuffed with gorgonzola cheese. While they did taste very good we were shocked how small a portion they were. It should have been double if not triple the amount. The meatballs were dry and not very good. The chicken parmigiana was also dry (over cooked thin cut) and not with good flavor. We hooed for better flavors and moist meatballs and chicken parmigiana. Overall we will try again but we see room for improvement. Try the lasagna if you go as that was good. Very traditional. Remember the service by staff is excellent.

I don’t know what happened. I ate at your restaurant a few years ago and it was fabulous. It was the best linguine and little necks I’ve ever had. What I got last night was horrible. It wasn’t even close to it. I ate the clams which were not very good but I threw out the linguine because it tasted terrible. It didn’t even seem like there was any garlic in there. I was so disappointed after waiting a few years to have them again. I’m really bummed out.
