Similar experience to others who have left a review. Pulled up at the drive through at 7:45 PM and was immediately told the only side they have right now is “White Rice.” I asked how much longer until Fried rice is ready and the guy says they’re done cooking for the night. Restaurant doesn’t close until 9. I mean I get that the employees what to get out of there on time, but c’mon. I drove off without any food because if they’re done cooking then who knows how long that food has been sitting out for. And what if they get an online order for something besides white rice? I usually love Panda Express but will not go here again. Why do all of the fast food places in St. Charles suck?

I’ve tried to give this location some grace- but their quality still does not improve despite the feedback they have gotten. The food is cold, small portions and old. This time around they didn’t include teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken, no fortune cookies, no napkins/soy sauce etc. The food was cold and gross. Reaching out to corporate doesn’t do much because their quality is still terrible months later.

I ordered a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken and I found a FINGERNAIL WITH BLACK NAIL POLISH in my freaking food. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t even know how that happens. Learn to wear gloves. Never eating here again

The complete and total laziness of the workers is astounding. Just like other people said dining room closed over a hr early when you can see plenty of employees inside standing around on their phones. Rarely do they have all the food available.

Nothing is ever ready here. If your working and eating lunch out, might as well go get a steak somewhere because I have never got here and not spent 15-20 waiting on them to cook something. Service is the worst as well. When foods not ready, you’ll be asked to stand to side with no offer of drink or anything to help the wait. Avoid at all costs

Rude employees and very poor customer service. I placed an order and tried to use a .Buy one-get one free coupon. Perla and the Chinese looking lady did not allow me to use the coupon and attempted to charge me full price for the meals. Each meal was $11.00. I refused to pay full price because I wanted to use my coupon. Food in this lace is not that good anyway.

Portion sizes is an issue, 3/4 of a bowl is rice and the rest is a protein. Its ridiculous for price customers pay for mostly rice, but if it works it works. The main issue I’m filing a complaint to you is because when I asked for a water at the drive thru window it was refused by your staff member. I was pretty shocked how – another thing – was so ridiculous. I think I’m done with your restaurant. The reason was because of the drive thru timing according to the staff member. I’ve already limited myself from going because of portion sizes, but the water refusal was over the top.

Ordered online, got there and they said they did not receive the order. My gf showed the receipt and they went and got the manager. She was in her car. And of course she had a attitude. This lady, Trixie, told us she can’t do anything and walked off and went back to her car. So my gf card was charged for the food we did not receive.

8:30 pm on a Saturday night. The sign on the door states that it is open until 9:30pm. Barely any options, and when I asked if they were making more food, they said no, they were closing at 9pm. The crab rangoon was cold, as well as my white rice. I understand that they keep the food buffet style. However, it’s a college town and Saturday night! I won’t be back. Very disappointing.

Same as most of the other reviews. Came at 8:15 and the dining room doors are locked. Sign on the door says they close at 9. Go through the drive thru and hear that they only have 2 items available, and I want neither of them. I left without anything. This is the fourth time it has happened to me. The place is a complete joke.
