We have ordered from here several times and have always been satisfied, the last order was not satisfactory but they did make up for it 100x over!!! As a small business owner Myself I completely understand it doesn’t always go right, its when it goes wrong and you completely turn it back around is what truly makes the difference. I was blown away by how thoughtful and kind they were to correct the problem. This is what good ol customer service is about. Thanks guys for your generosity.

I have ate here several times and GREAT is a understatement! This food is amazing and very affordable. My wife and I eat dinner here for under $25 99% of the time. I called in for a delivery order one afternoon at 7:30 (and they close at 8pm) and got no answer. 5 minutes later I got a call back FROM PARK PLACE! Took my order and had it to my house right after! Talk about service!

Don’t let the looks of the place fool you, it’s great food at an amazing price. The fried chicken is cooked perfectly, served super hot, and it’s so crispy it crackles as you pick it up. The fried oysters are similarly cooked perfectly, and you can tell they’re fresh. You get that bite of saltwater as you put your teeth through it. Go there now, or get it delivered!

Great little hole in the wall! We had burgers and fries and they were awesome! The burger is juicy enough that you just about need a napkin with every bite. It’s as cheap as a fast food place but the food is in a different league.

Great little hole in the wall you could almost miss. Food is made to order so don’t be in a rush. But when it comes out, the wait will be worth it. Juicy, fresh burgers, hot tender wings, the Onion rings, Mac and cheese and potato wedges were all hot and fresh. It was a one man show the night we ate there but he was friendly and helped carry-out customers while preparing our meal. We will be back.

Joe does such a nice job. The wings are small, but still a tremendous value!! The sweet asian sauce was SO good and the wings are cooked to perfection. It’s really cool to have a place like this here in Shelbyville. I can’t wait to try more from the menu.

We have placed to go orders many times from 1021 park place and picked it up ourselves. So tonight when it was time for my baby’s bed time and I still hadn’t eaten I couldn’t decide what to do. I didn’t want Chinese or pizza and I couldn’t really leave the house as I had a little one asleep. Then I remember that 1021 park place delivered! I was excited I could order something other than pizza. I called but no one answered. So I contacted them on Facebook. I told them what had happened. The owner asked for my number and called me. I had my food within 25 minutes. It was delicious! Long story short I will order from them again and again!

They have the best hamburgers EVER!! They are very kind and sweet!! Best staff ever!! If your looking for a place that has a great staff and amazing food look no further thab 1021 park’s place!! The prices are amazingly cheap and the delivery isnt no 1 hour like most places they tell you how long itll take and if something happens they call to let you know!!
