I have really enjoyed Puccini’s for several years. I can’t say I have ever ordered something that I didn’t like. I especially love the Pesto Chicken pasta dish they have, along with some cheese bread and the delicious in house ranch they have that is so addictive (I have to ask for an extra dressing, I love it). If you have never been, make sure you give Puccini’s a go, you won’t regret it for sure!

Puccini’s is my go to place for pizza…BUT…I thought I’d try something else on the menu and ordered Chicken Marsala, after all, the picture looked delicious. When it arrived there were two plain pieces of chicken with a couple of mushroom pieces and what was purportedly a wine sauce being a very watery white fettuccine sauce with no flavor. If you’re going to say you prepare a dish and post a picture of it, the end product should at least slightly look and taste like what is pictured. I’ll probably continue to order pizzas, but that’s it. I consider my $15+ money spent tonight to be a complete loss.

Ordered at the wrong one. Although they got my meal ready in a timely manner. The chicken Alfredo needs a redo. It was just noodles and cream no seasoning no nothing taste like watered down milk. Do better

We keep coming back because we love the food, but the service leaves much to be desired. Every time we order, something is wrong. Sauces are always missing. This evening we got there to pick up our order, and at first they acted like they had no clue when we told them the name it was under. One of the girls working read the order back to us, and it was correct. Another girl actually brought us the order, and one pizza was missing. Come to find out they hadn’t even made it! We ordered two orders of breadsticks, which is 12, and there were only 9 in the bag. And again they shorted us 3 of our sauces. So we had to wait while they dished up the other sauces, added in the missing breadsticks, and made the missing pizza. And the kicker is there wasn’t even anyone in the restaurant eating!! The workers (all teens) were just standing around talking. As much as we love the food, we may take a break for a while. We have given them so many chances, but enough is enough.

Called for carryout. Got put on hold for 10 minutes. Called back, and girl just answered hello. Then she laughed and told me they aren’t doing take out tonight because one of the pizza ovens is out and they are way behind. Goggle maps says they are not busy at all. If they don’t want to work, they should just close. The salad I was going to order doesn’t require an oven. She sounded stoned.

This used to be our go to pizza place because it is right around the corner from us. Despite hearing bad things lately, we decided to order from here anyway. Unfortunately, that was a bad decision on our part. We ordered a pizza with sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. My husband picked it up and paid and then was informed that they ran out of mushrooms so we only got sausage and pepperoni, even though we paid for mushrooms. I probably should say we basically got a cheese pizza because when we opened the box, there were only 2-3 pieces of sausage or pepperoni on each piece. Every time we go there there are a bunch of teenage kids running the restaurant with not adult supervision. I know that help is hard to find these days but we will not be returning to this restaurant any time soon.

Just had the Chicken Bada Bing Calzone for the first time, and it was AMAZING! I will definitely order this again. I only wish I had a bit more marinara sauce for dipping, but it was delicious. My husband enjoyed his Sicilian sandwich, too.

I called to place an order, was immediately placed on hold. I waited for 15 minutes until they hung up on me. I immediately call back and they take my order. When I arrive to pick up the food, the place is empty. They were not busy at all. This is the second time this has happened in the last month. I’ve been eating at this place for 10 years and the last 2 years have been awful. The salad in the picture doesn’t even have cheese and was barely thrown together. This place has gone downhill. Go to the reviews and sort them by “newest” and you will see all of the bad reviews from the last couple of months. No apologies. Nothing done to make it right. Sad.

Is that a kids fettuccini Alfredo?…no just a very small portion of cooked noodles with a dash of sauce. If you enjoy a bed of soggy bread topped with semi melted hard cheese, order their garlic bread. And want a salad with a simple request of cheese only? Well that simple request just means they will make your salad 90% cheese and give you no dressing to eat your “cheese” salad with. Last pic is me throwing it right back into the bag it came in to throw it in the trash where it most definitely belongs. I have loved this place for a long time and I don’t know what is going on because it has been so bad lately..so I just recommend no one eat here if you want to enjoy and get your money’s worth..guess it’s pb&j’s for my daughter and I tonight.

Been to this place before and had excellent service. Recently came here and service wasn’t all too bad but it is disgusting that these young people are being taught or not being taught to properly treat people by appearances. Bad service will make things awkward. Please re check the faces you guys hire. I understand that this isn’t the business place to do but again these young people are representing. The food wasn’t bad but went home and tummy was very upset.
