We sat down at our table and discovered it was extremely sticky. We had asked someone if they could wash the table and they came right over and did wash the table. Not sure what they had used for a cleaner because it made the table even more sticky. My wife took her napkin and started wiping the table and the level of dirt and grime came up onto her napkin was disgusting!!! I will attach the pics of the napkin. On several occasions an employee would walk by and saw the nasty napkin and did absolutely nothing. Came to a point that we had asked the waitress for a box and she brought the box over an placed it on top of that Nasty napkin. I finally put the napkin on top of the empty dish for it to be taken away. I should have taken some pics of the salad bar it too looked extremely gross sadly I didn’t. We will never go back and I wouldn’t ever recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Omlette the Potato
Really nice place! Came here with my family. The vibe of the restaurant is nothing special, but where it shines is with its food. I ordered tater tots and a 6 oz. sirloin. No complaints, they made the steak perfectly, and the tater tots were cooked well and seasoned nicely. We lastly ordered a cheesecake for dessert and shared it, and even though it wasn’t the best cheesecake I’ve ever had, it was really good too. Service was great too. Food came quickly, staff were nice, one staff even directed me to the bathroom when I couldn’t find it. Nice job Ruby Tuesday! Will come back soon.

I have to say our server Mark was awesome! He did a great job and this review is no reflection of his service, he was tipped well for going above and beyond. Possibly the worst food I’ve ever gotten from a Ruby Tuesday. Take a look at the attached photos, those were nowhere near the “buttermilk battered” chicken tenders in the pictures on the menu. I could have gone down the road to the “Mc” place and gotten better for less. My wife’s “tocodilla” things were burnt yet cold in the middle. Perhaps a supply chain substitution, but not even close and hopefully not up to Tuesday’s standards. Tuesday’s, you lost customers tonight for good. If there’s substitutions, be open and honest. If that was truly your chicken strips, fix your menu photo and fix the price, $13.99 for those is craziness.

The Salad Bar here is okay and it’s the reason why we come here. They had burnt my burger and I sent it back and they gave me a better one which is posted down below. It was okay. I usually don’t give bad reviews but along with the burnt burger it was also very filthy inside. A lot of the salad plates were not washed well and had food residue on them. Just like most of the newer reviews say, this place has changed a lot since covid. They need new management.

Payed for unlimited soup and salad waitress couldn’t get my wife and I out quick enough. Only brought me one soup. Less than 10 customers, no dinner rush. We won’t be returning. Ruby Tuesdays please work on your hospitality, thank you.

I used to love going to Ruby Tuesday, but the food has gone downhill over the past few years. I ordered the pot roast and it was dry and bland. The salad bar is still good. I’ve also gotten the fishand chips and it was overcooked and reminded me of frozen fish from the freezer of a grocery store.
