Pretty good pizza. A little too cooked for my fancy but good nonetheless. The wait was fairly long for coming in June at 730 (~50 minutes) for just a pizza but there a games and pool to keep you occupied. The staff were cool. If you sit outside bring bug spray as there’s a good amount of mosquitoes.

White Pizza was tasty. The bread sticks were bitter with the herbs that were on them. After we scraped them off they were better. Not much room for seating. We took it to go instead of eating there. Everyone was friendly.

Amazing atmosphere and just about the best pizza in Durango. It’s a bit out of the way but the trip is well worth it. The Fatty and the Escuela are definitely the best pie they have imho. What makes this pizza so killer in my opinion is that the crust is soft but crispy, lightly buttery and amazingly good as a sort of bread stick. I highly recommend this pie to anyone who wants a simple yet delicious pizza.

A group of us are here from Flagstaff AZ for our kids’ ski races (Purgatory Classic). We knew to order the homemade pizza and giant (8lb? 10lb?) calzone 2 hours ahead of time, and hung out together visiting during that time. This place would be great. The only problem is, on every food order, you are automatically charged for a tip. Then they hand you a receipt and expect you to leave an additional tip without telling you that you’ve already been charged for one. And the wait times are ridiculous.
