I’m rating this as the worst dunkin in all of New Jersey. Everyday its always dirty and the remote orders are always wrong or never completed. Today, the employees ignored three customers to yell at one another. It’s awful. Go to the great dunkin in exchange place.

I used to go here every morning, but the service has declined dramatically. Placed an order via mobile app like I normally do, but when I got to the store, not only was my drink not ready, they served every single other person in the store before even attempting to start making my drink. When I asked nicely why my drink was last, they said “first come, first serve” even though my order number was 298 and they were making drinks with order number 338. The worst part was that they were not apologetic and gave me major attitude. Not great.

I recently stopped by Dunkin to have a cup of joe and needless to say this location leaves a lot to be desired, firstly why does a supposedly fresh cup of coffee taste like its been sitting out for two weeks, and not to mention the establishment in general looks unkempt and unsanitary, needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment.
