I want preface my review by asking a question, Have you ever said Wow!! From the first taste of food? If you haven’t, you definitely need to try here! I travel all over the United States and this is the first time I’ve been truly taken back by the food. The Monster burger was very well seasoned and made my taste buds dance. The hamburger steak over rice was a little over seasoned but still very enjoyable. I didn’t like the portion size but overall I really enjoyed my meal. I definitely will be back on my travels through here!!!

Food is delicious,I’m a big fan of the Coaches Burger however my family and friends tried other foods on the menu and said it was just as good as the burger. Owners are friendly and respectful. I always recommend this place to anyone who is not from Lake Charles and want some good food.

Food was immaculate. Fries were crisped to perfection and perfectly seasoned. I recommend the hamburger steak rice and gravy along with the coach burger. Food was amazing and so was the customer service. The vibe of the store is also great. 10/10 will come again

These people were so rude !!! I’m a faithful customer ! The lady who handed me my food dropped it on the floor and still rung up my food with all the rice all in my bag and NEVER offered to fix me another plate or a refund . Then I got up the courage to call them and explain my complaint and the owner answered and screamed at me cutting me off saying “ no mam my wife did not drop your food you did “ and even if his story was true the customer service thing to do would be to offer me another plate or refund especially because I never ate it . I would not go there if I were you the man and the wife are so direspectful .

Very little to no communication at all. I definitely wanted to give this spot a shot but decided to leave after standing for 20 minutes waiting for my platel unch to-go order. Felt as I was expected to already know where the menu is, where to order and when to expect my order. As I said this was my first time walking into this establishment and a little inviting communication with direction would have been pretty cool. Food looks great from a distance!
