The food is as you’d expect from a Carl’s Jr. and the service was fine. This location is good for drive thru orders. Eating inside is at your own risk. There are a fair amount of questionable characters in the area. I have encountered them when I’ve gone inside to order.

Yesterday I was going to visit my mom in Irvine and we stopped by this Carl’s to get food for my family so they could eat on the way. we asked for ketchup and when we left and got on the freeway my wife said there were no straws, no napkins , and no ketchup I called back and they said that by California law they do not give straws or any condiments unless asked for. Instead of apologizing they got defensive. I was an old lady that gave us the food and did not even care. I said i wanted my money back but i would not be back till night the server said as long as you bring back the food we will give you your money back, but i got home at 3 am so i just did not bring it back. I do not recomend this place.
