The service of the request did not meet the minimum standards of respect and it was very rude. My son ordered a pizza and the order was not completed and the phone was closed and he was called again in order to complete the order and that was done. The worker has his problems and he stays at home. I do not recommend dealing with such people, unlike papa John’s, they are very, very respectful

This location may be OK, but the computer systems SUCK! Tried to place an order at least TEN TIMES and there was a “technical issue”. Try to call the old fashioned way, and the automated phone system hangs up as soon as I “press 1 to place an order”.

Ordered pizza after work. App said 45 minutes so I was line okay I will just wait in my car that isn’t too long. So 50 minutes pass and j call the store and they tell me it is going to be another 1 1/2 hours! They were going to give no notice, no heads up, nothing! I understand being busy, but at least make sure your customers who are coming to pick up an order are updated on the time especially with bad weather coming in!
