This was my third visit to Osaka and they didn’t disappoint. I mainly go for the sushi but would like to try the hibachi at some point. We purchased the Fire Cracker Roll, Lion King Roll, Marilyn Mon Roll, & Ying Yang Roll. All items were super tasty and well prepared. They had a decent selection of sake including a plum hot sake that was delicious.

I hope you enjoy this experience as much as we did. Osaka has a nice layout and a very original mood. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were seated quickly. The sushi menu has pictures and descriptions for most items. We were a little concerned with some of the prices until we realized that the menu included the familiar sushi rolls plus some more complex rolls that were a little higher in price. But believe me they were well worth it! All were very fresh and carefully done.

I give five stars for their very yummy fried rice!! We also ordered steak hibachi, lobster hibachi and some tasty rolls. Takoyaki is just so so. Atmosphere is good and clean. Service is fantastic!

After several less than satisfactory visits to other local hibachi restaurants, we decided to give Osaka a try and I am so glad we did. The hostess was very friendly and seated us promptly. The waiter was very attentive and kind. The soup was amazing and the salad with ginger dressing was fresh, crispy, and delicious. Our hibachi chef was hilarious and did several new “tricks” that I hadn’t previously seen. He was very engaged with us and the family seated by us and made the whole experience really enjoyable. The food he cooked was by far, substantially better than any of the hibachi restaurants we’ve visited as of late. I am so glad we decided to try this on a whim. We will definitely be back!

Buddy Badlands Plot
Update: This is the current best Sushi in town. The components are fresh and the flavors are coupled with a technique that shows. If it’s available, get the fresh Wasabi. It’s worth the upcharge. Best yellowtail Maki I’ve tasted anywhere.

Very cost effective and delicious. I ordered the crab roll and fried rice; my husband ordered a bento box and we split a fantastic roll (see photo). We split a bottle of hot sake for $8. It was a lot of food. I was most happy with the crab roll. The service was excellent and we got to see a robot cat server that carried entrees ro tables. Great experience.
