The place looks shabby and not very clean. There was only one person working and he barely spoke English. We wanted pretzel bites but he said this is all there was left. Two normal pretzels sitting in the front window. He never mentioned he could make more. I love the pretzels but always hated the filthiness of the restaurant and the people they seem to hirer.

Place is going great places. I used to not like this place but every time I come to the mall I see this teenage boy working. I believe he’s there every night. He was very nice to me and he is very fluid through serving/making food. There was also a lot of people so I had to wait a minute but he went through everybody so fast and easy. Need more people like him.

Findlay mall pretzel shop is the worst to eat. Mangement cant be trusted. If she dont like you shell have you banned. Cooperate dont help the matters either. I have found mold in my drinks. Its disgusting. Lemonade machine cleaned once a week. Wouldnt recommend it.

Stopped by for lunch while out with my mom. The girl was on her cell phone the whole time on a personal call that sounded like gossip. That was rude. When I reminded her I also wanted something else she said ” yeah I got it ” like I was being rude for interrupting her. Very unhappy with the low quality service.
