Stickball Special
Provolone, ham and salami. Ordering a #2 with salami instead of cappaculo became a mouthful for some of our hungry customers, so we gave it a name and a number to call its own. The Stickball Special comes with provolone, ham, and salami and truly knocks it out of the park.
Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

Very unprofessional. I believe there be a new person cutting meat? 1:25pm on 04/17/23. Nobody welcomed me in. Tables are dirty. Trainee is arguing with the trainer and makes unprofessional comments. Tables are dirty. And I felt like an inconvenience to the employees for ordering a ham and cheese sandwich. Wasn’t even all that great. My meat was way too thin, I think the trainee still didn’t know how to cut. Sad.

I’ve been coming to the Jersey Mikes forever and I’ve NEVER EVER felt so degraded than my last visit on 1/20/23. I ordered a number 3. When asked what I ordered for some reason the lady didn’t believe me. She opened my sandwich to make sure what I said was what I ordered. There was a line of people ahead of me not once did she open their sandwiches to verify their orders. It made me feel as if I’m lying to her. The look on her face when my sandwich matched the one I said was priceless. Instead of the lady apologizing we then get into a shouting match after I asked her why did you take my sandwich out of my bag and open it? She stated she wanted to make sure the person making the sandwich did it right. Lol that makes no sense when we as customers literally watch them make our sandwiches. This was a older lady avoid her at all means she was rude and nasty. A long time customer and I usually only get smiling faces and a great tasting sandwich but today was one for the books total embarrassment!

The lady was pressuring us to order on both times I looked at the menu with an empty restaurant. I understand you might be having a bad day but don’t take it out on me when you have a totally empty restaurant. Then my product was well under par. I got two small subs and a drink for 26 dollars. It was not worth it. Please boycott them their product was not worth the attitude.

Staff was not engaged. My order was wrong. I have a dairy intolerance and was delivered a sandwich on Asiago bread instead of white bread. Was very disappointed when I discovered this 30min later. Jersey mikes is now 0/2 in my experiences and it’s highly likely there won’t be a third

Called in a pickup order and was told 15 minutes later that my order was never called in and I must have called the wrong store… walked outside and called the same number, watched the phone call get ignored, called again and was told that they were going to start my order now. I have never had good service from this Jersey Mike’s and will never spend my hard earned money here again

Everyone is always kind and courteous when I go. They work quickly but always pay attention to details and provide a consistently good sub. The restrooms and dining area are clean and the music level is reasonable which makes for a pleasant dining experience. I choose Jersey Mike’s over other sub places in the area because it is a better product served by really nice staff.

Jersey Mike’s in Ashland is a joke. I stopped in because their sign read OPEN. It was a red brightly-lit neon OPEN sign. I walked up to the door and it was open/unlocked. As I walked, the boy behind the counter said in a snotty attitude “we’re closed”. I replied but your sign is lit and the door is open. “But we’re still closed” was how he replied. I would not have stopped if the sign wasn’t lit.
