Some great Starbucks employees who are great at customer service, such as Miguel at 56th and highway 2 who was communicative and receptive to everyone I saw him working with. Also have to add in general, that Starbucks employees don’t sit around doing nothing, that place is busy. Good luck on your unionization, I hope you get your voices heard

So upsetting when you place a pick up order, arrive and it’s not ready. No one in the drive through and three workers standing around laughing and giggling while ignoring a slew of mobile orders coming in. Wasted 15 mins standing there while they talked and complained about work. One girl was working who seemed to be new and was asking questions on how to make drinks, they were ignoring her or just saying it was fine and she could figure it out.

Thus Starbucks is a great location except for the difficulty finding parking. Otherwise, everyone knows Starbucks drinks are great. They have a nice seating area outside the store which is very nice in the summer time. Staff is always really helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend.

Often, my friend and I wanted the low fat turkey bacon sandwich and they were out. And they were on this visit too. Grrrrr…so disappointing. I got a yogurt as I don’t eat pork…they had those sandwiches, of course!! I didn’t even order coffee I was so bummed. Stock more…please

I ordered a drink I always get from other starbucks in town they were quite rude saying that I was one of thoes people multiple times behind my back. They conpensated by adding more ice. Then to top it off they spilled some on the side of the cup i know the bariesta saw it she complained about it getting on her shoe but didnt take the 2 seconds to clean the cup before giving it to me.
