It was a nice place, good staff and food was cold. It was not as busy but there were a few customers ordering. The food had some good flavor and I tried the new garlic guajillo steak bowl. It was very good with some guacamole on top.

Every time I go to the Chipotle in Bear, DE. They mess up my online order and never give us the third side. I live about 20 minutes from the location, and I don’t notice it until I’m home. And, it’s not worth the drive back. I’m better off going to the Chipotle in Elkton, MD. The wait times at the Elkton location are significantly shorter, too.

best Chipotle I have ever been to! over time all other Chipotles in the area have gotten worse and worse, but this one restored my faith. great portions and very nice employees. if only every other Chipotle location could be like this one!!!

Last night I order a Doordash pick up order for a salad. Once home and ready to eat I noticed it had every topping BESIDES lettuce the most important thing. I decided to go back, was helped by a young man I believe to be the manager with dreads and orange hat (inappropriate) . He was so nice made my order over and once again I get home and I have spinach instead of lettuce. I went back AGAIN at this point the third time, and they at that point told me they needed to “CUT LETTUCE” this is such a rude experience. He is a liar and defiantly should not be apart of the staff.

Every time I come here online order or walk in. It’s always slow. I’ve been sitting at the window for 25 minutes waiting for my order someone else was before me. That means the person was here for probably half hour. This has to stop guys. Too many of you are working for it to be this slow. Even inside you guys work slow. I’ve seen police officers walk out before because of how slow the guy was moving while making my order.

My 1st time at this location. The staff was amazing and very welcoming!!! My food was warm, not hot, otherwise I would have been pleased to give 5 stars. Flavor was better than any location I’ve gone to. I will return. Keep up the great work!!!

I went there 3 times, and 3rd time was not the charm. Every time I have gone they were missing an ingredient. Lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, chips. I don’t know whats going on but I don’t mess with it. Travel a couple more minutes and go to a different one

I have never experienced such poor service. I placed an online order and waited for over an hour for my food. 2 quesadillas with chips and guac…. From the time it was scheduled to be picked up on the app, I waited an additional 40 minutes. There were several people working so this was not a staffing issue. Chipotle is a fast food option. I understand 10-15 minute delay, but this was absolutely absurd. Woman who handed me my food unapologetically apologized for the wait. The guy behind the counter was very nice and helped me get the people in the back’s attention when they completely ignored me.
