Got to the store and my food was supposed to be ready but wasn’t there, I asked them to make it and they refused to do so, even though I already paid for the food. This place gets zero stars for the food I can’t eat and zero stars for customer service. Would love to know how a business can just take $27 from someone and tell them they’re out of luck.

i go here pretty frequently, and about half the time, my order is wrong (e.g. remove an ingredient and the ingredient is still there). if you’re going to make any changes, check your sandwich before leaving.

Not the first time they mess up but and I can usually deal with a small mistake. But no tomatoes, lettuce or mayo? How can you forget all that? This is one of the poorest looking sandwiches I’ve seen and there is no way on the app to get a refund.

They don’t call out your order nor place your order in a bag. Manager was cool, but the worker bees seemed to be angry that they had to work at their job. This has been my experience about a half dozen times here. If it wasn’t a convenient quick bite, I would never go.

Shut this place down!!!! They take forever bc literally 2 people work there. Jimmy John’s should be ashamed of themselves, taking peoples money while giving poor customer service and long waits. 2 -3 guys doing the work of 7. Just sad. Go to Medical District location!!!
