Such good salads! My favorite salad, the Baja Moment, never disappoints. The ingredients are always very fresh and the flavors are great. I just wish the hours here were more extensive. If I’m eating at Flagship it’s usually a weeknight meetup with friends, so I am sadly not able to eat here as much as I’d like.

I got a southwest Caesar salad today. That salad was so fresh you’d think they went out to the garden to get the Romaine lettuce. The chipotle Caesar dressing gave it a little kick but nothing too crazy. I’m not usually a fan of the smokiness of chipotle but it was just right. Service was fast and friendly.

Best wraps in Omaha. For a while my only complaint was they were hardly ever open. I believe they have since fixed this problem. Nice people, Great food, Good service.

I’ve gone up there a few different times now and only once have been helped in a timely manner with a good attitude. Every other time they’re in the back dancing or talking or something or they’re ignoring the line of customers sometimes evening.

Wife got a good wrap. When I tried to order my salad they said it was a wrap but I could order the other thing and it was similar. It was but then you had to add chicken for another $3 and change some ingredients … wasn’t worth the time so I walked over to the Blatt and got my good.
