I ordered online and accidentally hit pickup instead of delivery. I called the store 40 min later asking where my pizza was. The manager was very understanding and she remade my order and delivered it to me fast. (The delivery girl was sweet and polite). My order was perfectly well done, light on the sauce with extra cheese. The cheesy bread was delicious and came with two sauces. Highly recommend the garlic dipping sauce. Both were hot and yummy and I’ll definitely be back!

The person running the register yelled at me. They looked like Stephen King, sort of. Why? Because I had the nerve to ask why it was taking so long, after I had gone in and they said it was going to be 10 minutes, and went and got gas and a soda and came back 15 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready.

Great pizza and wings. Only wish they knew how to cut the pizza all the way. Last several orders they don’t completely cut my pizza. I can come and instruct them on how to cut a pizza completely. I shouldn’t have to cut my own pizza in the middle.

I’m not even exaggerating, by far the cleanest Papa Johns (or just pizza shop in general) I’ve ever been in. This store seemed to have a bit of trouble for a while about a year ago in terms of customer service, manpower, and mistakes with your orders but they have clearly worked those kinks out and far exceed most places. FYI. When calling in your order – they said to hit 5 when the recording prompt plays to bypass the call center in India and call in straight to the store! So much better experience that way, and they very much prefer customers to call orders in like that.

Kudos to you Papa John’s. First time buyer. Ordered thru the app. Said it was going to be 40 to 50 minutes for delivery. No big deal, Thursday night Football is on. I get it. Using the online order was a breeze. Took a shower and kid you not the pizza and wings were delivered in about 25 minutes. Maybe 30. And HOT. Fresh and delicious. Well played Papa well played. I will definitely be ordinging again. Super side note. Order the wings well done and they are perfect. Y’all did an amazing job. Keep up the great work.

I just ate a few slices from here tonight and I found ANOTHER fly in my pizza. This is not the first time. It’s disgusting and I will never be eating from this establishment again from here on out because this should not be a requiring thing happening with your food. NO STAR IN REALITY.

This place is horrible! I Paid $40 for 2 pizzas which i Requested well done. The Pizza was doughy. I ordered meatballs on the whole pie with half jalapenos and the other half black olives. This was a large pizza and it had 5 slices of meatballs on the whole pizza, mainly veggies. I then ordered a NewYork style pizza with pepperoni well done and the pizza was greasy and floppy. Disgusting!!! I will never order from papa johns again.
