Local family restaurant, we eat here for breakfast, lunch and dinner sometimes. My husband really likes their breakfast – eggs, grits, toast or biscuit and a choice of meat – bacon, sausage, country ham , liver pudding , etc.. I prefer lunch – they have specials everyday – a meat, 2 vegetables, bread and a tea for 9.95 . Also they usually have a sandwich special for a few dollars less. At dinner, they have steaks , seafood , hamburger steaks, chicken tenders, hamburgers, salads, etc…. My sisters like their baked potatoes on Th and F nights. My family likes their pork chops, baked potatoes, stew beef and rice, chef salads , chicken salad, hamburger steaks, homemade hamburgers, baked chicken with rice, vegetable soup with grilled cheese. They have a dessert for lunch everyday for 2.95 , the pineapple cake, chocolate delight, strawberry dump cake and German chocolate and coconut pies are our favorites. The owners, waitresses , cashiers, cooks and dishwashers are friendly. April, Deanna , Jennifer , Caroline and Brianna are the staff that usually serve us. They do a good job and are friendly and efficient. I wish they had a kids menu and fresh fruit.

Special of the day shared on a piece of paper barbecue meal comes with non-seasoned pulled pork on a jailhouse plate (looks and taste like it came from a waterdowned bucket of slop.) Terrible waitress not paying attention to needs and services. Couldn’t even get a package of mustard. Terrible wait for disgusting leftovers. Not recommended!

Very quaint establishment. The morning staff works well together. The biscuits and gravy was amazing! The bacon and eggs were cooked exactly how I asked! My server Donna, even made sure to ask if they were to my likings! Excellent customer service. Will certainly be back!
