They recently downsized portions but the prices are the same. I’m not sure if that’s a corporate thing though. The wait is forever. Even food that is premade (like soup) will still entail a 20-30 minute wait, but the food is good. If you aren’t in any sort of rush (at all) and enjoy standing by counters for a long time, then it’s alright. Otherwise, everywhere else nearby is way faster

The McAlister’s at LA Tech in the POD has good food (when it’s made correctly) but extremely slow service and bad attention to detail. They often mess up orders or lose them entirely. I’m writing this review to kill time while they make my food, because I ordered 40 minutes ago and just found out they lost my order and had to take it again. This isn’t the first time this has happened and probably won’t be the last.
