We use to get our salads and wraps made to order and warm, but tonight they came premade – in the cooler case. We can no longer add extras because they are premade. Very disappointing. They also use Door Dash. They came from Rochester and were 40 minutes late. If you want gas station food that’s been sitting there who knows how long, then go here but I am spending my $20 elsewhere.

Was disappointed when ordering food from Casey’s . Guess they now have doordash do their deliveries which take forever to get your food. And if it’s not Casey’s pizza it’s all vending machine food.. NASTY.. will not order from Casey’s again!!!

This Casey’s location is my favorite, as they have mastered the crust on the pizza!! At this location, the outer crust is high and inner crust thin, everything else spot on. Other locations have very flat one dimensional pizza (although still tasty) My favorite is plain and simple pepperoni, greasy and salty, but sooo good! The staff is usually very nice, sometimes people may have a bad day and that’s ok, cuz it’s not a usual occurrence. Obviously donuts are amazing, semi crunchy outside with a super soft inside… The 4 stars isn’t for the location, but the company.. Prices suddenly went up in the last week, obviously due to inflation, but a $19.99 meal deal is no longer a deal (I’ve gotten that for the last 5+years) now it would be over $30 for the same thing! What I’m most upset about is the wings!! Bring back your old wings, please… I loved the boneless wings you use to have that had no breading and a semi charred outer edge, no one had anything like that! Now they taste like a frozen chicken strip from the grocery store, which really isn’t that great. Overall, I love this location and you guys are doing a nice job Also, to those who are not rewards members, you should be, lots of great deals!(Aside from the pizza prices now being full price)

You really shouldn’t advertise the best pick-up and delivery. I literally stand in your building for 10-15 minutes after my “estimated time”. Be prepared to wait.. everytime. Ill never go back to this location.. and if I do I’m not paying for anything until the pizza is in my hand and I can see if its even done! I’d rather have hot, done pizza even if I wait. Rather than late AND undercooked.

Kudos to the kitchen staff! We called the north location for a special half and half that both stores said they couldnt do. This location called us back minutes later to inform us that they ,in fact, could make our pizza. That’s customer service people. Idgaf if they said no at first, they could have shrugged their shoulders and said “oh well”

No service. The Assistant Manager (or so the gal claimed to be ) on Sat 2/13/21 @ approx 1:10 pm is a basket case and does not need to be working around people. She is very unstable. No kind of manager acts like she did, unbelievable. She said the managers name is Amy. Guess I’ll find out when I call corporate on Monday.

Waited for over an hour for my pizza after being given a 40 minute estimate. Then waited over an hour again because they didn’t bring me the other half of my order which included breadsticks and wings. Still currently waiting for half of my food at 9pm when I ordered all of my food at 6:58pm. No compensation from the store.

I like Caseys, but this location seems to he asleep on their feet. The button is broken off to get the sub department’s attention, the cashiers will never see you. All and all, be prepared to wait!
