I was here last on January 14th 2018 at 1:20pm. I was the only customer at the time. Food was great but the server “Christin” (according to the recipe) was horrible. Really frigid demeanor, completely unfriendly. She was actually somewhat attentive but because of her demeanor her check ups on the table were more of a bother than customer service.

Poor service. Got our drinks but never asked if we wanted more. Never offered desert. One of the people in our party had a fly in their water and when it was brought up, we were made to feel that we did it.

Atmosphere was great, service was great but i bet you were expecting the bad part now. We didn’t find one. Food and drinks were good. Got the lamb, sword fish tart and ice cream. We were ☺. Would recommend. Do recommend and will come back.

Had a party of 7 – the food was good not great (as the prices would indicate!). They were sold out of several menu items and wines. By far the worst part however was the service. Our waitress “Patty” was rude and was upset we split the check on multiple cards (she didn’t ask of we wanted separate checks). We did all the math and wrote down how much to charge on each card so she didn’t even have to do the math… She didn’t say thank you and if gratuity wasn’t already included she would have gone home empty handed.

Very nice ambiance, decent service very poor execution of a frankly pedestrian menu. Anyone on the kitchen staff been anywhere near France in the last two decades? Had to send an entree back….second attempt was marginally better, but, considering the world class prices we were pretty dissapointed.

It all sounded great from the description in Open Table: Fine French Bistro fare, fine wines, cozy atmosphere. We are new to the area and discovered that Skippack village is indeed interesting and lively and thought the restaurant’s atmosphere from the inside also looked very promising. But we were sorely disappointed! Although friendly, the waiter obviously was not experienced (our salads were delivered before our wine!, he over filled the glasses and served my husband before me, his wife etc.) and the pricey food was below par for any restaurant, let alone one striving to be ‘world class’ as they tout. My veal was cooked tough and crunchy (!) on the edges and my husband’s swordfish was fishy tasting and presented with a sauce that did not match the fish. There were other issues that disappointed, but suffice to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant. The French Bistro idea is great and the setting is right, but they couldn’t pull it off. And it wasn’t just an off-night.

The lobster bisque soup is outstanding! You could make a meal of the soup alone but, I highly recommend the entrees as well. I highly recommend this restaurant for the food and service. A great place for great quality food and relaxing atmosphere.

Awful!!! We were the only customers in the place. That should have been the tip off. Lobster bisque was terrible and our entree was worse…. we even thought the dessert had to be better….. it wasn’t. Worst meal we have had in years…. skip this one.

High quality, well prepared food and excellent cocktails. We were there for a birthday dinner and I thoroughly enjoyed the filet mignon while my wife had the ratatoulle.
