Marie is one the the sweet people I’ve encountered here in the mall. She went beyond her job as a customer service worker and I see how she takes an interest in the people she is serving. As a manager myself, I wish I had a 100 of people like her. Food was great, service was even better!

The cashier Sola was very rude and unprofessional. After paying for my food she threw my receipt at me and I asked her why did she throw at me and she mumbled something under her breath. Never apologized until I asked for a manager and he came out. Can’t believe she is dealing with customers with her horrible customer service. I will not spend another dime at this location.

Yeah, tried to come here on a Wednesday at 6:45 and it was closed. Your listed hours say you’re open until 9, and the mall says it’s open until 8. No real reason why the food should be put away that early. This is not the first time this has happened. Incredibly frustrating.

Tried to dine in went to the counter to order I was told they don’t open til 11:30 am .but they always open at 11am plus everything was ready to serve. One employee said we are ready but the other said no not until 11:30 which all of restaurant in the food court were open at 11am

It was bad! When me and my family got home we felt like throwing up. The food was good in look but in taste it was terrible. The very first time we went to Panda it was amazing the food tasted perfect the service was good and the look was amazing. But this time about the fifth time it tasted like trash put inside a frying pan and then the oven and then warmed up with a blowtorch. And maybe some dead fish for flavor. It tasted Raw and the service was bad. Maby Starbucks instead.

ordered food from the restaurant Panda Express, it was my first meal of the day since I was working a late shift which started at 11:00 am. I then returned to work immediately which is in walking distance since I work right across from Panda Express at Dillard’s. I then consumed the food which I had ordered. A few hours later approximately 4:30 I began to feel ill, I felt nauseous, I began to feel weak, and my stomach was cramping really bad. I made several attempts to contact the Panda Express restaurant Lakeline location to speak with management about the situation, I was unsuccessful in reaching anyone. I then made contact with Amanda at the corporate office, to let her know I was feeling very ill and to notify the restaurant so others would not become ill as well. I informed her I was not able to contact them on the numbers listed online the phone just kept ringing. I wanted to make sure no one else got sick, someone was not handling the food properly or whatever the case was I was hoping they would be able to correct it before anyone else got sick. I attempted to stay for the rest of my shift which was over at 8pm that evening, I knew I wasn’t going to make it. I was feeling very weak and began feeling like I was going to vomit at work, shortly after I did and went home early lost hours at work. Also was bed ridden for three days after in horrible pain.

Went yesterday afternoon to do some shopping. Stopped at Panda Express to have lunch. The stir fry rice was dry, overcooked, and burnt. The Mushroom chicken was over saturated with gravy and the mushrooms weren’t properly cut. Way too big. This is the 2nd time I’ve had food there that tasted like this. Will longer be eating there.
