Delicious food! We had a large group and many (including us) will definitely be back. We really enjoyed trying their kompot for the first time. Their desserts were excellent too!

Loved, loved this place. I was born and raised half of my life in Tashkent before moving to the US. I do cook Uzbek food a lot at home, but still, when it’s cooked by uzbek people, it’s more ethnic.

First time trying Uzbek cuisine, and was not disappointed. The Plov, served with a quail egg, was delicious! Also enjoyed the chicken kabab, lemon tea, and fresh kompot juice (a sweet traditional homemade beverage).

Their Samarkand style plov is really good. We loved it. They have separated & curtained places as well. Waiters are polite and fast. But prices are little bit high.

Our first time trying Uzbek cuisine and it was incredibly delicious, cheap & extremely filling. The portions are generous and it is well priced for unique flavors that are hard to find in a big city, much less Cincinnati, Ohio. The kompot is a must, very refreshing & not too sweet. We had the samsa, tashkent wedding plov and the mix grill. Samsa was excellent with the meat inside savoury and soft. The plov was delicious and the mix grill was the star of the show – with lamb, beef and chicken kebabs that were the best kebabs we have had in a while. And we have had kebabs in the Middle East and in other big cities with big middle eastern populations. Desert was a sumptuous medovik. Service was good too and so was ambience, but who cares about all that except for people who don’t know the true value of good food and the opportunity to experience the culture of a place they may never get to visit. All we cared about was the food and it was out of this world. Highly recommend!

The service was abysmal. The staff brought the soup and the main for one guest, so by the time the soup was finished the main was getting lukewarm. When the staff finally brought the main for the other guest, the first one had finished eating. No smiles or “how is the food” type of courtesy from the staff. While the restaurant is spacious, there was some smoke all over. The exhaust for the grill in the kitchen is clearly insufficient. The samsa was not made-to-order; instead of crispy, it was soggy, as it must have been sitting in the kitchen for a bit. While the outside of the chicken kebab was nicely seared, the inside was very borderline cooked. I did enjoy the soup, but that’s about it. An appetizer and a main came at $30 per person.
