This was my first time at this location, but second time eating at this restaurant chain. I enjoyed the visit here better than the last location. The service was great and the food came out good as well. I don’t recommend the chicken. It is WELL DONE and dry.

All i gotta say is it’s good for what you pay, but if you like sushi, DON’T get it from here. Got the shrimp tempura roll, and it’s just the rice and the shrimp. Nothing else. It’s pretty much tasteless. The fried dumplings are always a must-have.

Not worth it for the price! Food was ok at best. The hibachi vegetables did not look stir fried but rather steamed and sauce poured over them. The fried rice that came with the meal was just white rice with soy sauce poured over. There was barely any steak present in the steak hibachi. Probably 4 small bite-sized pieces at best. The only good thing was my brief interaction with customer service. Overall, I would look somewhere else to eat.

This is a very nice Japanese fast food restaurant that offers take out and dine in. I always get the Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura as well as the Hibachi Chicken, both very delicious and cooked to order. The sauces are outstanding and I usually order a few extra just because they taste so good on many other types of food. My only wish for this restaurant is that the portions were a little larger. For what’s being charged I would expect a little more, however it’s still worth the price because the food is so tasty.

Bad service, high price for undercooked scallops, vegetables and dry rice. No point on leaving a good tip, you pick up your own food when they yell at you “don’t mind being on a call” and you pick up after yourself. My husband and I got hibachi and a kids rice and shrimp because there is NO KIDS MENU and paid $55.00 for undercooked food. Not to mention there was a long white dog on my kids food.

Have been going here for years and the quality has seemed to go down. Chicken is always bland and rubbery. Barely any vegetables are given anymore aside from huge onion pieces and a few pieces of broccoli. Customer service is always great and food is made quickly but I miss how the food used to be!

I used to eat regularly at the location on Pelham Road and enjoyed it very much. I had the hibachi chicken and it was average. The steamed rice was not hot and the chicken and vegetables were not hot. With the cost of food these days I expect better. Doubtful that I will go back to this location.
