I LOVE Winstop Wings. The boneless are NOT teeny tiny, perfect size. The fries with cheese sauce (of course!) are the best & the best part of this Wingstop is, BY FAR, the people. Not just customer service, the KITCHEN, too. Very unusual to have cooks, chefs, anyone on kitchen crew come out FOR TAKEOUT ORDERS and asked if everything “looked alright” Really, who does that anymore? I will make this a weekly, Friday night Regular order, like I’ve done for the past (2) weeks because of the great sauces on the wings, the cheese fries & this incredible staff!

My first visit the wings were terrible, extremely overcooked. On my second visit there was definite improvement but they were still just ok. Management is working hard to improve and gain customer loyalty. Wing size also seems to be something that could be addressed, size is inconsistent.

This wingstop messed up my order TWICE in less than one hour. First, they had the driver take my order to the wrong house, who ended up enjoying my food. Then once I was able to do my order again, my order came, except it was the completely wrong order. Nothing of what I ordered. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My kids wanted this coming here usually takes forever so unless I really want I choose not to come here. And guess what waited 45 minutes for my online order. Watched everyone get there food who ordered at the store after me. Offered nothing for my wait. Killin the customer service game smh.

First they wouldn’t allow me to pay cash for my food that I placed over the phone due to me having 100.00 bill. Then the black girls at the cashier was very rude and nasty. The white guy was no better. They didn’t want to give me my food once it was paid for with a card. The girl threatened me after I paid for my food. I will never go back to this location I’m better in the hood. Management needs to fire the whole staff from tonight.

I have been ordering from this establishment for a while. This experience was the WORST! The slim tall while male that took my order completely messed it up. I asked for dry rub and he tried to convince me that the sauce was wet! I have been patronizing this establishment for a while but now I am done. I asked for corn and received fries! This worker is obviously not listening or connecting with the customers. Good luck.
