I asked for no cheese, extra Vito meat, and the sandwich to be cut in half….please make the order as requested 🙂 Tasted great otherwise, but that was definitely not extra meat and I’m kinda sour that I was charged an extra $3.00 just to get the normal amount.

Dru Vendetta
Placed order online for pickup in store mid Sunday during normal business hours. Store was open and lights on with open sign on. Got to drive thru and just sat there. We sat and sat. No response, no signs on speaker, on window, nothing. It was trashed beyond belief in the kitchen area from what could be seen. Make our way to the other side a d entrance, 3 young guys all sitting outside at a table smoking in full attire not attempting to tell us what is going on or anything. My husband went to go in the door and one of the boys got up in a confrontational manner to tell him that they are not serving food. When my husband explains that the order was placed online as well as already paid for, he again got the same reply. When I began to ask questions, he added that the system was down. I showed him my bank account to prove that it wasnt down but indeed actively charging me $50 for our large order.

I ordered online at 8:49 pm for delivery and was notified that the order was out for delivery at 8:55 pm. By 9:30, I had not yet received my order, so I pulled up the app and checked the tracker. It was marked as delivered. So I called the store, and politely stated that I had not received my order and that the app was showing it as delivered.

I work at Ford right down the street. More times than not they are short staffed with only 1 driver making deliveries. We get a short 30 mins for lunch and most, if not all, of our time is usually spent waiting outside for our sandwich when we order from them.

JJ2625 Westport Rd. Louisville,KY. Last 3 times ordering I’ve had to cancel twice after waiting over 30 minutes both times. The app said food was out for delivery then when I called they hadn’t even started the order and just now they said it hadn’t even left yet because they were holding it for one big delivery. ( I order for asap delivery everytime.)This was after waiting 40 minutes with no food. The one time I did get my food it was wrong.
