This place was a great surprise. Providing all of the typical Crawfish options. But many other southern fried offerings like catfish, shrimp and chicken. The boil bags are simply massive.

First time trying this location and won’t be returning. The way management handles training new employees was uncalled for and was uncomfortable for both customers and the new employees. Cruz, one of the managers, micromanaged every last thing the new employee (Zay) did, in front of customers. It seemed like all the employees were on edge and terrified of making a mistake. Also, half our orders came out wrong (the manager took our order as she wouldn’t allow Zay to take them because he was “too slow”) and all our shrimp was overcooked.

I’ve been to 3 other locations in LV, and this one in downtown measures up well. The sevice was great, but the food is the star. The knock-off brands don’t measure up.

We live downtown and today was our fourth visit. We used to drive to boiling crab and wait a long time now we walk down 3rd and enjoy delicious shrimp or po boys anytime we want. We hope it stays around for many years to come. Third street in front of the Mob museum has several hidden gems and this is a great compliment to the neighborhood.

I went to this location to eat and we ordered two shots that tasted like water didn’t even finish the shot so the manager can see for himself. When I talked to the Manager to let him know he basically said that he couldn’t do anything about it that’s how Grey Goose taste. I told him I drink Grey Goose all the time and it has never tasted like water. He said the waiter may have put them in a Margarita shaker to get them cold as to why they taste like water. I asked again if there was anything he can do he said no and walked away. At that point I was over it. I walked over and told the manger to cancel the food and I’m just gone pay for the drinks. He still didn’t try to make it right. We left and paid 48 dollars for two water shots. I will never go to the downtown location again.

Had a party of 5, waitress kept forgetting our drinks, liqour tasted watered down. I ordered spicy and it was more like a mild. For being off freemont really expected a better dining experience.

I’m only rating this a 1 because the service was poor. Only two other couples in the restaurant, they were not busy at all. So poor service is unacceptable. But the food was good. Won’t be coming back because of it.. ✌️
