What happened to this location? I don’t know if it’s management or what but it’s just gone downhill. Ordered lunch delivery a month ago and was called and told they were out of bread? At lunch hour? Took them over an hour to deliver it. Then today decided to go to the drive thru. Only person in it. Waited over 10 minutes for two of their simplest sandwiches. Yes there were 4 people working in there. Something is up over there.

This location used to be good. But I’ve been to this location 4 times within the last 3 months or so, and they’ve gotten my order wrong every time. 4 times in a row. Not sure why I even went back after the second time. Not only this, but I order a sandwich that’s listed with no mayo, so I don’t bother asking to take it off. They put it on. So next time, I even go out of my way to ask for no mayo on a sandwich that isn’t even supposed to have mayo and THEY STILL PUT IT ON.

To start, the service was absolutely terrible. They were rude at the drive-thru. Second off I ordered the number 4 with no Mayo or tomato and I got both on there. Not to mention they charged me for an extra sandwich. And lastly from what I could see from my truck, their kitchen looked disgusting. If you’re planning on eating at Jimmy Johns, I would recommend the location by Costco. Anywhere but here.
