Eureka Fish New management is 100% better!!!! The food, the service, the cleanliness, everything is a 360 turn around! This place is very consistent with how the food taste and on the time they close, no more employees answering the phone like it’s their personal phone, it’s more professional and reliable! The man in charge Frank is very accommodating and he make sure your right, even if there are mistakes, he fix them with no problem or attitude! My go to spot for fried food!

Horrible service, horrible food and horrible workers! I buy the same dish every week, and every week it goes up, it’s like the cashier is making some extra side cash off customers. They never have anything and if they did it’s stale cold and nasty. One time I came in to order bass, I was told they had none, the cashier and cook kept looking at each other making eye signals to say they don’t have it, they wanted to close and go smoke weed. The owner needs to step it up if you want to stay in business, I ordered some food today and I promise that this will be the last time spending my money there and I will make sure I spread the word to not go there since a lot of people always ask me what’s a good place to eat, definitely not this fish place ….. UPDATE: just picked up the food I ordered, garbage as usual. How does the state allow such good establishments to stay open? The guy preparing the food was scratching his balls then touching people’s food!!! Disgusting

My whole wing chicken dinner was cooked properly however I asked for Onion rings instead of fries and that is not what I received. When I came in to pick up my order the lady told me that they do not take names however when I place my order the man specifically went over my name and the spelling ♀️.. All I know is that the order that I got was not what I originally asked for the crab legs that I ordered had a sour aftertaste and I even tried to switch it up with my own butter to see if it was the butter or the meat but I’m sorry I cannot give a pass the crab legs was sour ♀️

All of their fish is frozen. How are you frying frozen fish on demand? Catfish was large but it was so frozen. I wouldn’t doubt if it was freezer burnt. I don’t know any fish spot that uses frozen fish. Or at least has some thawed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Man who answered the phone was rude. Very impatient with me. First time customer and my last! The menus online are completely different than the prices in store. I asked for 4 things on the menu and he had none. Wings weren’t even that good. Fries suck. This is dog food.

My first time trying this place and the food was terrible. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt like I had to. The chicken wings seemed old and were very dark like they were fried in old dirty grease. The catfish was soggy and had no flavor whatsoever. The fries were also dark and soggy. It could have been an off day but no establishment where people are paying their money should have an off day.
