The bean and cheese here was more cheese than beans, it literally looked like the cook smeared the back of the spoon with beans and then threw a lot of cheese in it. When I told the server what was wrong and told her I didn’t want it after she tried explaining to me that there was beans in there and arguing. I told her the reason I no longer wanted it only because I was afraid of them doing something to my other taco (not saying they were) just me being cautious. But the server was very rude Wouldn’t RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here for years. Even when I moved away and visited, I returned here. My mom loves the food here. They also have daily specials which we enjoy. They sell a fish special on Friday for those celebrating lent. The food in my opinion is excellent for the value you pay. And the staff has always been one of the friendliest restaurants I’ve been to. The parking is a bit tight and the inside should be bigger, for as great as the service and food served. They renovated the inside. It’s very relaxing and they have a TV if you choose to watch while eating. This place has so much more opportunity to grow.

Stopped in for some authentic Mexican food…rice & beans good, chicken seasoned well & tender, guacamole ate it all…only issue was the cheese in the enchiladas was paper thin and congealed hard…wish I had gotten a pix of that…staff friendly, restrooms clean

Lucy is the best!!! Loved the enchiladas with yellow cheese!! Great food, great service heart place! You must try if you are looking for a new restaurant or have lived on the north east side and never knew it existed, it’s worth it!!! Tripas, barbacoa, menudo, it’s all delicious!!!

The food is good, but now they charge you extra for every little thing you ask for, like an extra small bowl of salsa. Our friend went down her bill and found a mysterious $19.95 charge that they could not explain at check out. We ordered our food before 11 am and went to pay after 11, and they charged us an extra $1.50 per place an 75 cents per taco, for paying after 11. Absolutely ridiculous. We won’t be going back.

Tucked into a small business strip next to DQ is a delicious adventure into Mexican Cuisine. Known by myself and others as the place to go for Breakfast Spam &egg tacos pairs well with their inhouse hot sauce. Order ahead for pickup when your in a hurry.
