The “mashed potatoes” were chalky and thick with a teaspoon of gravy on top. The hush puppies were gummy & undercooked. Please adjust your prices are too high to serve subpar food. Thanks.

Received my box of food, no bag or anything. I asked him about a bag and he looked at me like I was stupid. Opened the box and they crammed my napkins, utensils and sauces inside of the box. I threw the food away. The napkins, utensils and sauces are touched by multiple people and they just threw it on top of my food. Disgusting.

The only Chicken takeout/dine-in, in the 76179 zip that knows the meaning of customer service The chicken is crispy. I always ask for my fries extra crispy I love the fries here. The manager is attentive and the staff is just like the tea, extra sweet and professional.

I’m not coming back, in the last 2 weeks I have eaten here 3 times and 3 times it was not that great. The wife’s out of town and she did not like their chicken, she is smarter than me. But anyway, about 10 days ago I stopped in around 5pm. Ordered 3 piece, mac and cheese, green beans. For home (3 min) and the checken was really old and dry, so much I could only eat one piece. About 4 days ago, again around 5pm, ordered the same. Got home, no roll, chicken was hot and fresh, the mac and cheese was really salty (not edible). So today (3rd), stopped in ordered 2 piece, mac & cheese. The smaller piece was very good and fresh, the larger piece could have been cooked a bit longer (see pic). It was a little stringy so I took a look at it. Hope I do not get sick. Sorry if it does not look appetizing.

My food was good. Typical chicken express meal. But definitely not worth the extra dollar for the 2 tender lunch special. Saginaw Blvd and Blue Mound Rd locations have their specials for $5 and that’s fine with me. Especially when I’m on a tight budget and hungry in a time crunch. At least I got two rolls. Usually, I only receive one. I love bread.
