Location didn’t close till 8pm. Showed up at 7:30 looking to buy a pizza. Guy unlocked the door and said he wouldn’t make us a pizza cuz he had already shut everything down. No wonder they struggle to stay open.

I was in the store and I ordered a gluten free pizza. They first put it on the line and it touched the wrap of a pizza. Then I asked for a new one very respectfully then this dumb guy’s shirt. He then rudely said “want me to take off my shirt then.” After that he took it to the back and then he finally did it the way I wanted him to.

Normally we enjoy Papa Murphys. We decided to try online oredering. We ordered 2 pizzas for 4:30 pickup. We arrived at 4:30 and waited 45 minutes to get our 2 pizzas. Poor service!
