I had really high hopes for this restaurant and I would say it was good, not great. Service was very slow, but very good. Our waiter was wonderful. The food was good, but what really was amazing was the dessert. The view was nice. It could have been the time of year but it was a very limited menu.

Had lunch on the mountain here during the week. We started with oysters. They were really tasty My husband and I split the pork shank. It was so good and enough for two…. We didn’t even finish it. He had a bloody mary and I had an aprial spritzer. The server was so nice and prompt.

Server and Atmosphere was great, they handed out blankets when cold. However me and my brothers steak came out well done which is far from the medium/medium rare that we ordered. Even after the 20 minutes of waiting for the steaks to be redone, my brothers steak was medium well at best and mine was well done – again. The GM spoke to us and took $30 off the bill, which is not much saying the steaks were $70 and weren’t even delivered correctly.

We were so excited to eat here looking at the menu and reviews but honestly it was a big let down. We ordered steak and King crab legs as our entree and the steak was a little undercooked which was fine but the crab… the shell was squishy (huge red flag) but trying to be understanding we took a bite or two only to open it up and find it rotten. Like black and green and extremely fragrant with a rotten fish smell. We both lost our appetite and couldn’t even finish half steak. We didn’t really complain too much, enough to get the crab taken off the bill but no one seemed to care that it was incredibly dangerous to eat at that point. I honestly don’t think I’ll be back bit of a mood killer having rotten food.

Absolutely fantastic! The Beaver Creek Chophouse is the perfect spot to enjoy some exquisite comfort foods and signature cocktails! It is located on the edge of Beaver Creek, facing the ski slopes. The interior decor is modern & trendy, but the patio has incredible views of the mountains, ski slopes, and creek. Their Crispy Pork Belly Sliders are incredible, the mac-n-cheese is unparalleled, and the Peach Salad is unique & delicious. The best thing on the menu is the PBJ+C cocktail!! It LITERALLY tastes like a chocolate peanut butter & jelly sandwich. Oh, and the service is great too!
