Ordered delivery thru the actual pizzahut app. It stayed at “in the oven” tracker for over an hour. We finally had our order delivered and for some reason it was delivered by door dash instead of a pizzahut delivery person. The food was cold, soggy, and had clearly sat for a while. I wish someone would have contacted me and I could have gone to pick it up instead. I paid $80 for an order and it wasn’t worth it at all. Way over priced. I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered online with coupon – which did not work – stated that order would be ready by 6:40. Came to store at that time, told that order was not ready and would be ready in about 5 minutes. Half an hour later, finally finished – pizza was undercooked and breadsticks were over-cooked and flavorless. Not worth the hassle or expensive price!

Go to another pizza franchise if you want your order on time (waited 30 minutes past time given online for the pick up), at a reasonable price (upcharged $7 from deal for ordering one special pizza), and cooked (inside of pizza was uncooked and soggy). It was a huge disappointment for this business.

Cook the pizza all the way next time. When I got home I literally thought I had to put it in the oven. There was ZERO color to the crust. I will probably not order from this location again. Not only was it late being ready for carryout it was grossly undercooked. Almost as if the crust went into the oven frozen.

Charges ever increasing delivery fees, wants tip before my food ever enters the oven and then hands my order off (after sitting on the counter for who knows how long) to Door Dash. They claim it’s been picked up, Door Dash says it’s not ready. The loser is the customer.

I truly have now eaten Pizza Hut in years. There are so many other pizza hosts I like better, Kings pizza, Anthony’s, Ledo’s. But the NY XL pizza is so good. Will definitely be back.
