We had lunch here this past Monday 7/31/23 . It’s a little loud but that’s expected because of the type of restaurant it is but other than that it was great! Our waiter was friendly and attentive and the manager came by to check on us a couple of times. The best part was the food. It was hot , fresh, and cooked very well. I highly recommend going for the food and games and we will definitely come back.

If it doesn’t turn into a teenage daycare, it will definitely be a fun place for adults to have fun and play some arcade games. The food is comparable to like a buffalo wild wings or main event, but definitely much better much much better. They normally do very well with consistency of service and very well trained and knowledgeable staff. Corporate will be here to lead the restraunt so the true test will come a couple months down the line and we will see if the consistency is still there. That being said Dave and busters is a fun place for the family or date night I’d say wait to go cause it’s definitely gonna be packed for no reason for the first couple of weeks but maybe try lunch time to beat the crowd and get to experience everything they have to offer.

This is a great place to take your kids. The food was really good. We had a great waitress. She was so nice and really catered to my son. The games were lots of fun. My son also got decent prizes from his tickets. We had a great time. You will not be disappointed.

The whole experience was AWESOME!! The workers were great and the food was brought out in a timely manner. The food was just right, delicious and hot. The server was on time with drink refills. She even offered to help with the purchase of game cards. The Atmosphere was phenomenal. It was fun and very family oriented. I will be back 2 or 3 more times before this week is done.

This place is new to Lubbock, Texas and we are all so happy to have such a fun place!! We went on mother’s day and they were super busy. They do have a few bugs to work out, maybe try being patient with them, sometimes good help takes a little time to train. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a game type place. It has a old vegas vibe for adults and kids as well. It’s loud but fun! If you are looking for a quieter place, don’t go here. The food was delish-IOUs. They have a person who greets you at the door… Vegas type look.

What a great experience I had. Went on a Saturday night I knew it would be busy so the 15 min wait to get the bartender to get us drinks and menu wasn’t bad. The very lovely manager Kristin stopped by and chatted a few times made food & drink recommendations. Made my experience very enjoyable. The games were great too. I had lots of fun and the prizes were actually decent! Definitely a place we will visit more and more.

We had so much fun here the other day!! Great food, great drinks! The staff is amazing, our server (I think her name was Yvonne) was kind, efficient, and knew the menu well. The manager, Kristin, came around to ensure service was to our standard and they honestly exceeded our expectations! So excited for Lubbock to have a D&B and a place with great service and care for their guests!

My son and I sat at the bar. Bartender barely even acknowledged us. The few times he did acknowledge us he was friendly and responsive but failed to follow through. I would say on a scale of 1-10 of his list of priorities we ranked at the very bottom. We took my vehicle. My son had left his wallet in his vehicle. 100% understandable he wasn’t served alcohol but wasn’t even offered a alternative beverage even after ordering food. I had to ask multiple passers-by staff for ketchup, directions to bathroom, a alternative beverage for my son, thier reward program, how to use the app, and our check. We never actually received our check but were eventually handed a device in which to pay by yet a different employee other than our bartender who had my card already. I could understand lack of service if the place was busy but it was not.
