I just want to thank the people working here at this America Dell for doing their very best at serving montgomery al with great customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great visit. I made the wrong order I didn’t have my glasses so I ordered the boneless chiken instead of the bone in. Was in here today for lunch. Worker behind counter never spoke just asked for my order as she stands there with a leopard print bonnet on her head. Looking like she’s at home. Once she took my order she turned her back and started playing on her phone. That nasty germ covered phone. Why are you checking orders all the while playing on that nasty phone and never washing those little nasty hands? Why don’t you just go ahead and pick ya nose it might cleaner with ya little nasty self! Now I was gonna give them no stars but it wouldn’t let me. I will not be going back to this restaurant. Take some pride in ya work!

The food is usually pretty decent here, but I’m also all about customer service, and it’s awful at this location. One of their African American female cashiers is always rude, has consistently had an “uninterested” attitude, and blatantly has her phone out…all the time. This is something that shouldn’t be ignored by management, and should be corrected, or fixed.

Never ever go to this place. Staff of young females were very rude and condescending. I ordered an unsweet tea to go. To which they sold me. Only to find out they do not make unsweet tea. I placed $2 on the counter yo pay.The cashier said nothing, only pointed to hand made sign on plexiglass. Im going on a campaign to see that everyone i come into contact with via in person or social media knows not to spend money at this establishment or any American Deli!
